How to place an order on Gravodiam.com ?

1. To order online go to the Home Page by clicking on the "Home" button at the top of this page.

Select the product under the column heading list on the left side of the page called "Categories" (screen cap N°1) or click on image of desired product right in the center of the page (screen cap N°2).

You may select a product directly from the page you are on by clicking “Order”. If you would like more information on the product you are interested in, click on the image or name from the list at left.

Once again, click on “Order” to add to shopping cart.

2. You will automatically be shown the items selected after you have added them to your cart.

You may validate your order by clicking on “Finalize Your Order”. You will then be directed to the “Shipping Form”.

To add more items click on “Continue Your Shopping”. You will then be returned to the previous page.

At any time you may go from the shopping cart to the column heading and back. Your selections will be saved in your shopping cart.

3. When ready to finalize your order…

a). For first time clients; you will be directed to a page where you set up your client account and shipping information.

b). If you have previously ordered, give us your client account information.

Note that the shipping address can be the same as the billing address. If this is the case, you may avoid entering your shipping information twice by clicking on the appropriate button. 

Important : Your information is completely confidential and under no circumstances will it be given to anyone.

4. Select your mode of payment from the available options (Credit card or Check) then validate.

You will then be asked to verify all information given and to do a final validation or your order.

After the order is registered and the shopping cart is empty, an email confirming your order will be sent in HTML format and a Thank You note will appear on the screen. If paying by credit card, you will be directed to the telepayment server of our bank : Credit Agricole -   http://www.e-transactions.credit-agricole.fr.

When completed, you will be directed to the “after payment at the virtual store” page confirming your payment. Your order is now complete !

5. All visitors that have ordered on Gravodiam.com will be given a client account number and password. This information will allow you to access your account online.

CONCERNING THE DOWNLOADING OF YOUR PICTURES . . .

6. Click on the link “details of your order” and follow instructions (see charts below . . .)

Click on the scan button to insert the digital image or digital file/s you would like to have engraved. Then click to send the photos via mail.
